Description
Deburred microducts prevent blow-in stoppages on connectors, protect their seals and facilitate assembly.
The deburrer removes sharp edges and burrs from the outer and inner diameters of the microducts. The geometry of the cutting blades, which is adapted to the plastic, produces a spring swarf which is retained in the tool. For long life, the cutting blades are made of stainless tool steel (HSS), these are recessed in the tool so that they are not damaged on site.
The deburrer is suitable for thin- and thick-walled microducts according to DIN EN 50411-6-1 and DIN EN 60794-5-ff. The nominal sizes for the inner diameter is 3.5 - 16mm, for the outer diameter 5 - 20mm.
